Situated on the hillsides of Corona del Mar, Jasmine Creek is a guard-gated community of 324 homes. At a time when most builders “go vertical” to maximize available space, the community of Jasmine Creek stands apart with its lush greenbelts and open spaces. From its inception, Jasmine Creek has provided an a calm oasis near Newport Center and the Pacific Ocean.

The community is generally bordered by Fashion Island on the north, John Wayne Airport on the east, Laguna Beach to the south, and Big Corona Beach on the west.

Some homes enjoy ocean views. Originally marketed to seniors downsizing from family homes, Jasmine Creek residences are larger than most being built today and include two-car garages.

The community includes tennis courts, pools and rare open spaces.

I have lived in Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach for over 35 years.  And who could really complain about living in and owning homes here?  When you live in a beach town, you’re living where 90 percent of the population want to live, vacation or spend the weekend. What I like about Jasmine Creek is how quiet it is and I believe as the density grows that the value of a guard gated community, with open space, higher square feet and easy access to what we like or need to do in our life style, will continue to grow in value

Jasmine Creek was built by M.J. Brock and designed by architect Walter J. Richardson in the early 1970s. Jasmine Creek was originally designed with height limitations so the homes in Harbor View in Corona del Mar would maintain their ocean view and Catalina Island views.

A three-bedroom, three-bath home built in 1974 on Mainsail Drive is listed for $1.3 million. Another seller with a three-bedroom, three-bath on Jasmine Creek Drive seeks $1.6 million.
