Agent Summer Perry recently sold newly constructed 4525 Camden Dr. in the Cameo Shores neighborhood of Corona del Mar for $10.86 million, says a statement from Surterre Properties.
The all-cash transaction is Perry’s 10th sale in the area and the highest sale price to date for the Cameo Shores community, the statement says.
The home by architect Mark Teale was constructed by SC Homes and took nearly four years to complete. The six-bedroom, eight-bath house was fully furnished by Blackband Design and its artwork was selected by Daniel Maltzman.
It features cutting edge details, Scott Cross, president of SC Homes, said in the statement. “Motorized doors at the entry allow you to go onto a skybridge to enter the home, along with a floating stair system, a floor-to-ceiling glass wine cellar and planked limestone flooring throughout.”
Additional features include a home theater, a ping-pong table, a second living room, two massage tables, an elevator, and terrace level bar. The oversized garage with epoxy floors and glass wall suit a car collection.
Besides panoramic ocean views, the backyard also includes a waterfall edge spa and infinity pool and built-in barbecue.
