Built in 1979, it is listed at $375,000 with a price per square foot of $419.46. HOA dues are $300/month.

Eight condos sold between July 2010 and February 2011. Six were in Villa Balboa and two in Seafaire. They ranged in price from $284,000 for a one-bedroom, one bath to $1,050,000 for a three-bedroom, three bath with panoramic ocean views. They ranged in days on market from 8 to 261.
