Q: Orange County, Santa Fe, Orange County?
A: Ah yes, I grew up here – spent my formative years living the Newport Beach, Dana Point, Laguna lifestyle. My career travels took me away for a time, but this will always be where my heart is. Just look around.
Q: Tell us about these career travels?
A: Well, they’ve always centered around the home. It all began with luxury kitchens and baths. I owned an event company specializing in trade shows for the homebuilding industry. I learned so much about interior and architectural design and the housing market overall. But after I sold my company, I committed to real estate with my Santa Fe brokerage, Casas de Santa Fe. We specialize in luxury real estate and luxury vacation rental management.
Q: Was it an easy transition from trade shows to real estate?
A: Yes. It seemed the logical direction and because of it, I’m helpful with staging, remodeling tips, decorative updates – something extra you can count on me for. It’s a great way to optimize any home’s market value. But those are all functional elements. It’s about much more than that for me.
Q: What do you mean?
A: My true passion for all of it is the people I work with. I pride myself on being skilled and professional, of course. But what I truly enjoy are the outcomes and relationships I build all along the way.
