36 years of award winning experience in Real Estate transactions throughout California begins to define a professional level of service for my clients and friends. My early experience found me with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in La Jolla. Land sales at Fairbanks Ranch in Rancho Santa Fe. New home sales in Rancho Bernardo and the prestigious Rush Creek in Marin County. I was selected to introduce Rancho Niguel in Laguna Niguel in 1985. I have closed over $80,000,000 of sales in Rancho Niguel. And was selected as a finalist three times for Salesperson of the Year in Orange County. Charity involvement is a passion. A Founding President for a Multiple Sclerosis Chapter, and past member of the Board of Trustees for MS in San Diego and Orange Counties. I am also active with CHOC (Children’s Hospital) and have contributed 7 years of volunteer fundraising activity in Orange County. I have sold homes and land from north of the Golden Gate bridge, to the southern border of California. And have lived in many wonderful coastal villages in the Golden State.
